Coach (coach.stockgeek.tv) is a personal accountability coaching application operated by Rule 76 Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the SMS messaging program and the data the application stores.
Information we collect
The application stores the phone number, goals, tasks, progress records, and conversation history of its registered user. This information is provided directly by the user and is used solely to deliver coaching messages and track progress.
SMS messaging
Users receive recurring coaching text messages (daily check-ins and accountability reminders) only after providing their phone number and explicit consent during setup. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention and contact
Data is retained while the account is active and can be deleted on request. For any privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us at travis.invests@gmail.com.
