Coach SMS Program
Coach, operated by Rule 76 Ventures LLC, sends personal accountability coaching messages by SMS: a scheduled daily check-in plus occasional reminders about goals and tasks the user is tracking.
How opt-in works
During account setup, the user enters their own mobile number in the application settings and checks a consent box: “I agree to receive recurring coaching text messages from Coach at the number provided. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 msgs/day). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.” Messages are sent only to the number the user registered.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
